Some helpful tips and examples for getting the most out of eZINESearch®
Please note: The "max" items per page is set to 10 and the "Full" option is set to 1 item per page for all "FREE" services and non-paying subscribers. Email us for details on how you can become a contributing subscriber and/or how you can obtain "Reprint Rights" to access our full data base for resale. Be sure to include your needs and intention of use for our data base and we will be glad to help.
Example: To do a ezine "Title" search start with a single word in the title. This will decrease the chance of entering a non-matching ezine title, which would produce no results.
Example: To find ezines that have something to do with "crafts" you could enter the word "craft" in the Description pad field above. You could also use the same procedure utilizing the "KeyWords" pad field above.
Example: All search fields above look for any combination of words. For example: If you place the words "home crafts" in any of the search fields above the search results would produce all ezines with both words "home" and "crafts" and would not include ezines with only the words "crafts" or "home" in your display.
Example: Do not include "," or other characters after keywords unless you are looking for such characters in your search or unless you want an exact match. For example: If you enter "craft," in the keywords field your search would not find ezines with the word "crafts" or "craft" and would only include enzines where the listing submitter placed a comma after the words.
Example: "home business internet" in the description field above would find all ezines with the "all" these words "anywhere" in the description field and would narrow your search to all ezines relating to "home" "businesses" on the "internet". However, if the ezine description field did not contain the word "internet" then you would not see that particular ezine in your search.
Example: "market advertising network" in the keyword field above would find all ezines with the "all" these words "anywhere" in the keyword field and would narrow your search to all ezines relating to "network, marketing, advertising". However, if the ezine keyword field did not contain the word "advertising" then you would not see that particular ezine in your search.
Example: When you submit a listing you should keep record of the listing ID#. You can find a direct "hit" on a listing by entering the ID# in the "Item# Search" field above.
Example: You can sort your search by selecting your sort choice above. If you want to find what is "New" in the database you can do a sort by ID#. This will push all the most current ezine listings to the top of your search.
Example: You can do multiple choice or single choice "field" print results. For example: If you want a complete listing of just the Titles of ezines you can single click the "Title" under the "Return Results" pad. Hold the control key down to select multiple "field" printings.
Example: Use the KeyWord Search link above to see a complete listing of all the keywords used in our data base.
